BOTTOM LOADING TANK TRUCKS
SAFETY FITTINGS SYSTEM

API VALVE ASSEMBLY

Valve is installed on the side of the bottom of the tanker. It is used as loading/unloading system at the bottom of the tanker to make the intake and unloading more convenient.

MAN-HOLE ASSEMBLY

It is equipped with a Dip valve and a Vapor Recovery valve and Optical Sensor for protection of overfilling. In the event of an emergency, the safety of the tank is guaranteed.

EMERGENCY VALVE ASSEMBLY

The emergency valve installed at the bottom of the tank truck to open (load/unload) and close the fuel. It is a safety valve for the tank truck’s transportation pipeline. When an accidental collision occurs in a tanker truck, the valve body will be broken and disengaged, which can ensure the safety of the fuel in the tank and avoid leakage. to make the intake and unloading more convenient.

VAPOR RECOVERY VALVE ASSEMBLY

The Vapor Recovery Valve is designed and tested to take the punishment of everyday use at variable temperatures. The new cap design threads into the top of the vent which allows for a better seal.

VAPOR RECOVERY DUMP VALVE ASSEMBLY

Vapor Recovery Dump valve is installed at the rear end of the 4- inch oil and gas recovery pipeline on the top of the tanker. The valve is in the normally open state, used to vent to the atmosphere when loading and unloading at the bottom.

VAPOR RECOVERY ADAPTOR ASSEMBLY

Vapor recovery adaptors contain the vapors and condensation within the vapor line, minimizing unwanted driver exposure and vapor loss into the atmosphere. The pneumatic switch installed on the adaptor for the linkage control of the loading/unloading system & the pneumatic valve of the vapor recovery system to quickly close and reset.

API COUPLER ASSEMBLY

API Coupler are variable diameter couplings, which are used for variable diameter quick connection between fuel pipes and API unloading valves.

DIP VALVE ASSEMBLY

Dip Valve is used where security is required to protect dip reading and theft of contents.

OPTIC SOCKET ASSEMBLY

The three-slot socket has 10 terminals for 5-wire probes and grounding bolt connections. It uses the grounding bolts to successfully solve the electrostatic grounding during loading at the bottom of the tanker, ensuring safe loading.

OPTICAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

Optic Sensors are designed for compartment empty detection of liquid petroleum products.
